At Hannah Hunt Therapies, I offer a safe, confidential, and compassionate space in the peace of the Devon countryside, in my dedicated therapy room, is ap lace where you can feel truly heard and supported as you explore the patterns, beliefs, and pain that are holding you back. My goal? To help you connect what’s happening now with what happened then, so you can move forward with clarity, resilience, and inner peace.
Three Pathways to Healing: Tailored to You
1. Talking Therapy
Together, we explore your feelings and experiences through conversation but this isn't just talking. I bring in creative tools like sand tray work, therapy cards, nesting dolls, and more, to help your emotional mind process memories and thoughts in new, transformative ways.
2. Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is simply a heightened state of internal focus that gently lets you explore the cause of what’s troubling you. In this space, we can uncover deep insights and begin meaningful change rooted in an inner wisdom you already possess.
3. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing)
This structured technique uses bilateral stimulation such as eye movements, to help your brain reprocess distressing memories. EMDR helps lessen their intensity and build healthier, more adaptive emotional responses.
I weave these three approaches together talking, hypnosis, and EMDR to create a rich, multi-layered healing experience that is truly powerful.
How the Process Works
Free 15-Minute Consultation
We start with a no-pressure chat by phone or Zoom so you can tell me what’s on your mind, describe what you’d like to change, and we can see if I’m the right person to support you.
Your First Therapy Session
This is your opportunity to share your story. I’ll gather a history of your experiences, then together we create a plan for healing that’s tailored just for you, whether that begins with hypnosis, talking, or a blend.
Flexible Options, Efficient Support
Some people come for a few short-term sessions (4–6), perfect for focused relief like insomnia or anxiety. Others choose deeper healing work over 6–12 sessions or engage in my 6-week PTSD programme or one-to-two session Phobia Fix. I always work efficiently, so you're never in therapy longer than necessary.
